  • Snorkeling gear (masks, flippers and snorkel).
  • All transfers in Galapagos (only guaranteed if the flight has been booked through us).

Exclusions

  • Roundtrip flight to Galapagos Islands from mainland Ecuador.
  • Galapagos National Park entrance fee (USD 200 pp, subject to change).
  • Transit Control Card (USD 20 pp, subject to change).
  • Soft and alcoholic drinks.
  • Wetsuit or other rental equipment.
  • Gratuities.
  • Travel insurance (mandatory) and other items of personal nature.

Booking and cancellation policies

  • All rates are subject to change in the event of local tax increases, excessive fuel cost increases (fuel surcharge) or circumstances that are beyond our control.
  • Once the availibility is confirmed, a deposit of 25% is required to confirm your reservation. No space is held without a deposit.
  • The deposit amount is 100% non refundable, once the availability is confirm with the boat.
  • The participant can pay the total amount due in several payments before the deadline.
  • Total payment is due maximum 90 days prior departure date.
  • If we do not receive the deposits/total payments according to our policies we hold the right to cancel your reservation without prior notice.
  • Final Payment is non refundable 90 days prior to departure.
  • If the package is canceled by the customer more than 90 days before departure, any additional amount to the initial deposit will be refunded, less transaction fees.

  • Children on board: Children of all ages are accepted on board (a minimum restriction of 6 years old.) but parents are held fully responsible and liable for their children well-being during the entire cruise. One child discount (20% of retail rate) applicable for children under 12 years of age travelling with two full paying passengers. Not applicable for discounted cruises.
  • Single Supplement: 25% surcharge with a maximum of 2 single cabins per departure. Any additional single cabin can be booked at a 100% surcharge.
  • The Master Suite can also be booked as a quadruple; in this event we will charge only the rate of a Balcony Stateroom for each passenger.
