- Wetsuit or other rental equipment.
- Local tax IVA (mandatory for Ecuadorian travelers);
- Gratuities.
- Travel insurance (mandatory) and other items of personal nature.

Booking and cancellation policies
- Once we received your request for the chosen departure date and duration, we will contact the provider to confirm the availability.
- Once the availability is confirmed, a deposit of 30% is required to confirm your reservation. No space is held without a deposit.
- If the availability changed after your booking, we will contact you to change the date or to proceed to a refund.
- The deposit amount is 100% non refundable, once the availability is confirm with the provider.
- The total amount is required 90 days before departure date and is not refundable. If the total amount is not received 90 days before departure, the reservation will be considered cancelled.
- The participant can pay the total amount due in several payments before the deadline.
- If the package is canceled by the customer more than 90 days before departure, any additional amount paied to the initial deposit will be refunded, less transaction fees.
- For a reservation made 90 days or less before departure or for promotional selected departures, the full amount is requiered on booking and is non refundable.
Please note that for Ecuadorian travelers, the 15% IVA tax will be added to the amount displayed.

- Children on board: Children of all ages are accepted on board (a minimum restriction of 6 years old.) but parents are held fully responsible and liable for their children well-being during the entire cruise. One child discount (20% of retail rate) applicable for children under 12 years of age travelling with two full paying passengers. Not applicable for discounted cruises.
- Single Supplement: 25% surcharge with a maximum of 2 single cabins per departure. Any additional single cabin can be booked at a 100% surcharge.
- The Master Suite can also be booked as a quadruple; in this event we will charge only the rate of a Balcony Stateroom for each passenger.
