Description

The Windrose is a ship offering daily excursions. All departures are from Santa Cruz Island. The ship has a predetermined route. Each day is reserved for a particular visit. The Windrose can accommodate a maximum of 16 passengers in a boat designed with your comfort in mind.

Departure from the Itabaca Channel port or Puerto Ayora port, depending on the activity.

Lunch on board;

Transfer from your hotel in Puerto Ayora (if your hotel is outside the urban perimeter, additional charges may apply);
Snorkeling equipment (mask snorkel, fins);
Safety and emergency equipment on board (life jackets, life rafts, fire alarms, GPS, cellular and satellite phones, first aid kit, radio);
English and Spanish speaking naturalist guide from the Galapagos National Park.

Exclusions

Wetsuit for snorkeling (15 USD);
Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages;
Local tax IVA (mandatory for Ecuadorian travelers);

Booking and cancellation conditions

Once we received your request for the chosen departure date and duration, we will contact the provider to confirm the availability.
Once the availability is confirmed, a deposit of 20% is required to confirm your reservation. No space is held without a deposit.
If the availability changed after your booking, we will contact you to change the date or to proceed to a refund.
The deposit amount is 100% non refundable, once the availability is confirm with the provider.
The total amount is required 60 days before departure date and is not refundable. If the total amount is not received 60 days before departure, the reservation will be considered cancelled.
The participant can pay the total amount due in several payments before the deadline.
If the package is canceled by the customer more than 60 days before departure, any additional amount paied to the initial deposit will be refunded, less transaction fees.
For a reservation made 60 days or less before departure or for promotional selected departures, the full amount is requiered on booking and is non refundable.
Cancellation:
- Up to 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit per person.
- 60 to 45 days before departure: 50% of the total amount is non-refundable.
- The amount is 100% non-refundable 44 days or less before departure.

Child rate applicable for children aged 0-1 years only (with supporting copy of passport).
No discounts are offered for group leader.

Please note that for Ecuadorian travelers, the 15% IVA tax will be added to the amount displayed.

All prices are subject to change without notice. If the final rate varies from the amount indicated on the website, you will be notified of the new price before confirming your reservation.

If you wish to change the predetermined itinerary for your group, an itinerary change fee will apply.
