Description
Enjoy an excursion to Española Island. Excursion for diver or non-diver.
Departure at 7:30 from the San Cristobal pier to the island of Española. Navigation takes approximately 2 hours. You will arrive at Punta Suarez where you will disembark on the trail. During the hike and along the path, you will be able to observe a large number of birds such as Waved Albatrosses, Blue-footed Boobies, Nazca Boobies, Espanola Mockingbird, tropical birds, the Galapagos Sparrowhawk, as well as the red-green Spanish Iguana, colonies of sea lions among others.
The walk lasts about 2 hours. Back On the boat around 12:00, you will continue to Gardner Islet, where you can do snorkeling with different marine species. You will have lunch on the boat at around 2:00 p.m. After lunch, you resume the navigation back to San Cristobal, where you are going to arrive between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
If you are a diver, you can benefit from this tour to add a dive at Espanola. Divers will do a dive during the snorkeling activity.
