Booking and cancellation policies

• Once we received your request for the chosen departure date and duration, we will contact the provider to confirm the availability.
• Once the availability is confirmed, a deposit of 30% is required to confirm your reservation. No space is held without a deposit.
• If the availability changed after your booking, we will contact you to change the date or to proceed to a refund.
• The deposit amount is 100% non refundable, once the availability is confirm with the provider.
• The total amount is required 90 days before departure date and is not refundable. If the total amount is not received 90 days before departure, the reservation will be considered cancelled.
• The participant can pay the total amount due in several payments before the deadline.
• If the package is canceled by the customer more than 90 days before departure, any additional amount paied to the initial deposit will be refunded, less transaction fees.
• For a reservation made 90 days or less before departure or for promotional selected departures, the full amount is requiered on booking and is non refundable.
• Please note that for Ecuadorian travelers, the 15% IVA tax will be added to the amount displayed.
• All prices are subject to change without notice. If the final rate varies from the amount indicated on the website, you will be notified of the new price before confirming your reservation.
• All itineraries are subject to change without notice.

• Only 3 Luxury cabins are available for single use, with a surcharge of 50% of the price per person. Different condition may apply in high season.
• If more cabins are needed for single use, twin/double cabins have a 100% surcharge when used as singles. Please check availability first.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of twin/double cabins for single use depending on availability.
• There will be a surcharge of US$ 305 per adult and US$ 184 per Child for high season (December 24-28).
• Children under 12 years old sharing a cabin with their parents or guardians: 10% off. (Applies only to one child per adult paying full fare). Minimum age: 6 years old. Children’s policy does not apply on especific dates (high season).
• A fuel surchage may be apply depending on the price fluctuation of fuel but will not not exceed $25.00 per passenger per day.
